Brigitte AMEGANVI is Economist, MBA, and an expert in strategic planning and performance assessment.
She has been active for over 30 years in an international strategy consulting firm where she worked primarily for customers involved in industrial equipment sectors ( power production and transportation equipments), food industry, trade etc....
Her experience also covers various other industries and basic services: mining, industrial minerals, metal conversion and processing, chemistry and utilities
Within Ease Consulting, she is currently determined to mobilize her skills and experience in setting up concrete key factors that condition the emergence of Africa, namely power, drinking water, sanitation, industrialization as well as governance.
Brigitte AMEGANVI is in charge of Corporate Strategy, Management and Performance Enhancement expertise. She also heads the Digital Strategy and Transformation expertise.
+ Antoine BAWA
Antoine BAWA holds a PHD in Linguistics and Communication Science and is expert in Educational Science.
For more than 30 years he held various executive positions as international civil servant within the International Organization of la Francophonie (IOF).
He has namely served as Chief of staff, in charge of the Education Program, Deputy Human Resources Manager, and has completed more than fifty assignments in 40 countries in Africa, Indian Ocean, Europe and America.
Between 1998 and 2009 was Head of the division in charge of the organization of international conferences, managing the organisation of over hundred major international meetings every year).
Since April 2009, he makes his experience available to civil society associations as a consultant or speaker, developing issues and guidance notes, framing and drafting resolutions, statements of decisions, recommendations, reports and Conference proceedings.
Within Ease Consulting, Antoine BAWA is in charge of the educational and training strategy expertise as well as organization of conferences and symposia.
