The modus operandi proposed in the fields of education and training is as follows:

Based on face-to-face or remote observation and listening, diagnosis elaboration of reports and conclusions and operational recommendations support decision-making process in education and training,
- Establishment of prolegomena for a citizen school, built on the economic and social realities of developing countries willing to break the spiral of school failure and illiteracy (dropout, low education, illiteracy),
- Proposal of innovative methodologies adapted to the contexts of large number classrooms,
- Multilingual workplace pedagogy with introduction of local languages in nursery and primary education, as part of the solution to school failure,
- Setting up a realistic plan of continuous training accessible to all teachers and trainers throughout their careers,
- Support in situ or remotely to actors in the implementation of decisions, drafting of monitoring or assessment reports,
- Elaboration of education modules on ethical and civic values: peace, democracy, human rights, sustainable development, and social responsibility (CSR).
